VivuCap Social is a social network for sharing the present and creating digital capsules to open in the future. VivuCoins are the in-app credit used to send digital gifts to creators during live broadcasts.
VivuCoins are a digital, non-physical credit used only inside VivuCap Social. They are delivered to your account immediately after payment — there is nothing to ship and no waiting period.

Every pack costs the same per coin — US$0.0125 — so a bigger pack is only a convenience, never a different rate, and a creator's share of what you paid is the same whichever one you choose. One-time purchases only. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no membership fee. Creating an account and using VivuCap Social is free. Prices are shown in US dollars and charged in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards and the wallets Stripe supports in your country. VivuCap Social never stores your full card number — the payment fields belong to Stripe.
VivuCoins are a digital product delivered instantly, so purchases are generally final. That said, we would rather fix a problem than keep money we should not have:

Creators who receive gifts build up an earnings balance in their VivuCap wallet.

The US$3.00 covers what our payment processor charges to send each transfer. It is taken out of the withdrawal, never charged to a card, and there is no monthly fee, no account fee and no percentage on top.
Earnings are held for 14 days before they can be withdrawn. A card payment that funded a gift can be reversed by the buyer's bank within about two weeks, and the hold means nobody — creator or platform — is paid money that later gets pulled back. Creators see their available balance, their held balance and the date the next amount clears, right inside the wallet. The exact amount that will reach the bank is shown before any withdrawal is confirmed.
VivuCoins are bought on this website. Inside the Android app the balance, gifts and earnings all work normally, but coins are topped up at vivucap.com.
